‘Robot Chicken’ Debuts ‘The Walking Dead’ Spoof Trailer
“The Walking Dead” gets spoofed by “Robot Chicken.”
“Robot Chicken” is known for their spoofs of popular culture. Their most popular bits surround “Star Wars” and comic book characters, but now they’re ready to tackle AMC’s “The Walking Dead.”
In a hilarious parody of some of “The Walking Dead’s” most popular characters, the trailer gives a preview of a few of the jokes to come. Flashing through the show’s seasons, milestone moments are the subject of a joke as well. Negan seems to be the spotlight character and his scarf may steal that spotlight in the upcoming special.
An air date for the “Robot Chicken” episode has not been released. But speculation leads us to believe that it will be close to “The Walking Dead” season 8 premiere date of October 22, 2017.
