Bad Boys, Bad Boys, whatcha gonna do…when Bad Boys 3 comes to a theater near you?
While “Bad Boys 3” has not been officially greenlit, Martin Lawrence recently announced on Conan that he is confident it will be made. Anything can happen with films and they can be shut down in an instance, so while Lawrence may seem confident, I would not put his statements anywhere near definite.
“I believe so. Yes. I just talked to Jerry Bruckheimer yesterday and he said its real, they’re working on the script, they’re getting close and it all looks good.”

The “Bad Boys” franchise has been an overall success but Will Smith’s career has skyrocketed since the last film. Currently he has 3 other films he’s working on so despite there being a script in the works at this point he is not confirmed to be in “Bad Boys 3.” I would say at this point it all depends on Will Smith and if the studios can afford him.
