Official Synopsis:
After a gentle alien becomes stranded on Earth, the being is discovered and befriended by a young boy named Elliott. Bringing the extraterrestrial into his suburban California house, Elliott introduces E.T., as the alien is dubbed, to his brother and his little sister, Gertie, and the children decide to keep its existence a secret. Soon, however, E.T. falls ill, resulting in government intervention and a dire situation for both Elliott and the alien.
How to Win:
The contest runs for 24 hours. One winner will be selected at random and will receive the 4K copy of “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.” Winner must be U.S. Residents of at least 18 years old.

It seems like it was just yesterday when it first came out.
I think that was the first movie I ever saw in a theatre as a kid! Time to re-watch it; hopefully, I won’t bawl uncontrollably this time 😀
I’ll have to grab a Reese’s pieces when I watch E.T. again. Halloween would be a great time to do that.
